From cold weather to warm, I always have a few seasonless, classic pieces that always have a spot in my closet. Although, I love trend-driven styles, I tend to only wear them a few times vs the pieces in my closet that seem to come back season after season….and yes, you can wear booties in the summer!
When it comes to closet classics, I like to stick with neutral colors. Having a crisp, white blouse is something I think every woman needs. There are endless ways to style it and you can wear it season after season. I love the strong shoulder sleeves of this Storets blouse, it adds fun detailing. I can style it so many different ways, with jeans, a skirt, shorts etc.
Leather pieces are always a must in my closet because they also never go out of style. If an investment leather piece isn't an option, there are so many great faux options available. I've been loving leather bottoms and they are a chic alternative to jeans, especially to edge up your look during warmer months. These Marissa Webb shorts can be worn during fall/winter with tights and throughout the summer with a cute floral top. The paper bag waist is extremely flattering on any body type!
One my of go-to classics that I live in are booties! I love how they look with jeans, with dresses and shorts. I feel like owning a pair of booties is just as important as owning a white t-shirt. They can easily transition any look from day to night. I've been living in these Anine Bing booties, as I'm sure you've seen them all over my Instagram. They are so comfy and I loved the studs.
These are just a few of my seasonless closet staples that you can always find me wearing season after season. Whenever I wear a basic piece, I like to mix in a more trendy piece to the look to keep it fresh and current!
